At Zarnain Overseas, we proudly carry forward a legacy that spans over 54 years in the leather industry—a journey that began with the vision of our father, Farrukh Iqbal. He started the business by manufacturing men’s and women’s slippers and sandals, which were supplied across India. He later expanded by opening a showroom in South India and began producing fancy shoes and boots. Eventually, he ventured into the leather industry, processing raw hides into wet-blue and later into finished leather production.
Tragically, in January 2017, he passed away, leaving behind a thriving business and three sons who were still pursuing their education. It was then that the second son, Mohammad Hilal Yazdani, stepped in to continue his father’s work, establishing Zarnain Overseas. In 2024, the youngest brother, Mohammad Farzan Bin Farrukh, joined the company after completing his studies in Italy, bringing fresh expertise and a modern perspective to the business.
Today, Zarnain Overseas is recognized as a premier manufacturer and exporter of high-quality finished leathers and leather safety shoe uppers. We specialize in all types of finished leather, with a particular focus on leathers for safety shoes. Our products are available in a variety of gauges, prints, and finishes, including water-resistant leathers. Additionally, we manufacture safety shoe uppers—open uppers, lasted uppers, and complete safety shoes—using advanced PU pouring and injection molding technology.
What sets us apart is our meticulous attention to detail and our unwavering commitment to quality. Our state-of-the-art facilities produce 3 million square feet of finished leathers and 500,000 pairs of shoe uppers annually, supplying clients around the globe.
